In support of Egypt’s series of national projects and attractive investment opportunities, Income brought in the largest contractor in the world (No.1 on ENR 2017) and partnered with one of the leading international developers to undertake projects within the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The Contractor is undertaking the Design Build Works of the Central Business District, composed of 20 skyscrapers, and the Developer is undertaking the Development, Marketing, Disposal, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated City, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and industrial.

Income is involved in other major construction and development projects that are yet to be disclosed and is always on the lookout for other projects in the pipeline. We would like to highlight the magnitude of the gap through the following facts about Egypt:

Getting Ahead of the Exploding Electricity Demand.
This activity comprises of thermal power plants equipment, gas turbines, main equipment of combined cycle, in addition to engine power.

Identifying the nature of projects in the Electricity and Power sector: Generation, Transmission and Distribution. There is currently a general increase in demand for transmission projects, caused by a doubling in generation capacity. We help bridge the gap between our partner's desire to win and Egypt's huge power sector growth. Income leveraged the white-space taking on projects from combined cycle power plants in Sidi Krir, El Atf, Banha and Giza to a thermal power plant in each of Assiut, Talkha, Damanhour, Kafr El Dawar, Abu Qir and Suez, as well as an extensive nuclear program located in Dabaa.

Termokimik provided EPC for the Water Treatment Package for the Abu Qir Power Plant project. The client was West Delta Electricity Production Company and was completed in 2010.

Ansaldo Energia provided Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the Banha 750 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant. The client was Middle Delta Electricity Production Company and was completed in 2010.

Getra Power supllied 9x125 MVA Transformers (Bahteem 2, Sabtia 1, El Moatamdia, El Suif, 2x Kafr ElSheikh, Mahallah, Abu El- Matamer).

Ansaldo Energia provided Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the Giza North 2250 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant in 2010 The client for this project was the Cairo Electricity Production Company.

Ansaldo Energia provided in 2010, Engineering, Procurement and Construction for El Atf 750 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant project to Middle Delta Electricity Producion Company.

Selex El Sag completed a ticketing & reservation system for the nationwide railway network. The client was the Egyptian National Railways.

OCEM supplied airfield equipment to the Cairo Airport, Areesh, Tabaa, Aswan and Assiut Airports.

Ansaldo STS supplied the spare parts for the metro line of one of the Cairo Metro system.

OCEM supplied the airfield lighting system of Borg El Arab, Alexandra, Luxor, Abu Simbel, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada Airports.

Haldor Topsoe provided a license for MOPCO company for a hydrogen plant and one for AMOC in Alexandria in 1990's.

The government of Egypt's target is to achieve 100% water coverage by 2017 and 100% wastewater coverage by 2020.
