Through RosettaMinerals, established in 2024, INCOME develops strategic mineral resourcessupporting high-value manufacturing, renewable energy, and international supplychains — producing premium industrial minerals for solar energy, electronics,ceramics, and specialty industrial applications.
Strategic focus areas:
● High-purity silica sand for solar glass and photovoltaic manufacturing
● Kaolin development through a joint venture with Strategic JV.

● Estimated mineral reserves: approximately 200 million tons
● Processing facilities: Sokhna Industrial Zone
Planned production capacity: 2,000,000 tons per year of high-purity silica sand and 200,000 tons per year of kaolin — part of INCOME's long-term strategy to transform Egypt's mineral wealth into value-added industrial products, expand exports, and strengthen Egypt's position in global supply chains for critical industrial minerals.
