Project Insights
Scope: INCOME is a partner with China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) for the EPC and project financing. The client are the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Cairo International Airport Company (CIAC). CSCEC is leading the consortium, which includes ARUP, Zaha Hadid Architects, CSWADI, Changi Airport Planners (CAP), and other international consultants for ORAT and security systems.
Description: The project is designed to accommodate up to 40 million passengers annually, in accordance with the requirements of Cairo Airport Company.
It also includes proposed development works for Terminals 1, 2, and 3, integrating all facilities through a modern transportation system. In addition, the project incorporates various initiatives aimed at achieving long-term sustainability and supporting future sustainable development goals.
