The Alamein Lagoons development serves as the central waterfront destination within New Alamein Downtown, designed to establish a premier coastal lifestyle hub on Egypt’s North Coast. The masterplan features three major water bodies, seven recreational islands, 13 engineered swimmable lagoons, and an integrated promenade network supported by central utilities and public infrastructure.
Conceived as a large-scale mixed-use leisure and residential district, the project combines engineered hydrological systems with urban placemaking to create a year-round destination for residents, investors, and visitors.
The development reinforces Egypt’s vision for New Alamein as a new-generation Mediterranean city, extending beyond seasonal tourism to offer permanent waterfront living and sustainable urban growth.
