Description : The Alamein Lagoons development serves as the central waterfront destination within New Alamein Downtown, designed to establish a premier coastal lifestyle hub on Egypt’s North Coast the Lagoon is the centre of the New Alamein Downtown towers. It is composed of 3 major parts, 7 recreational islands, swimmable water bodies along with the Promenade surrounding the edges of the islands and central utility facility to serve the operation.
The development reinforces Egypt’s vision for New Alamein as a new-generation Mediterranean city, extending beyond seasonal tourism to offer permanent waterfront living and sustainable urban growth.
